Heart Opening Session - what is that?

An emotional heart-opening experience is a profound moment when you feel deeply connected to yourself, others, and the world around you on an emotional and spiritual level. It’s often accompanied by a release of suppressed emotions, a sense of vulnerability, and an overwhelming feeling of love, compassion, and acceptance.

This experience is typically associated with opening the heart chakra (the energetic center of love and connection, located in the chest) and can be triggered by personal growth practices, deep conversations, healing modalities, or even spontaneous moments of insight.





What Happens During a Heart-Opening Experience?

    • Tears may flow freely without resistance as your heart lets go of old emotional blockages.
